This is the perfect book for someone who has several banana and plantian trees in the garden and is looking for ways to use the fruit, leaves, flowers and peels.

Well, I've read all of it that I have. This copy is missing pages 38-39, 42-43, 46-47.

Even without those recipes, there is lots of good sour food in here.

I was able to exchange the book today for one with those 6 pages. Yes, certainly I will try some of those.

The titles by this author are not as good as the rest of the series. I might still buy a copy of my own, though because I like to grow beets, and there are a few interesting recipes in here. But maybe I'll look for something else.

The recipes are all fancy with 'in' ingredients.
