David Fryxell

I've used many of the techniques in this book to boost my productivity AND the income I receive from my writing. It's a bit text-heavy, and you'll have to dig to find those delicious kernels of information, but they are there, and they do work. I'd love to see a rewrite with lists and appendices to make it more reader-friendly, especially since it's being marketed as a reference book.
