A documentary history of the U.S. Army Signal Corp's role in communications intelligence during World War II. Many of the documents were classified until the 1970s. Few of the documents mention women, although numbers of them are reported in charts that break out the number of enlisted men, enlisted women, officers and civilians working in specific units. Several photographs show men and women working together in offices on on equipment. Women are not discussed as a separate group.
