This is an excellent book about uncovering the beliefs, fears and insecurities which can sabotage one's ability to have a healthy and satisfying romantic relationship. It took me a while (several months) to get through because there are extensive journaling exercises (along with other things to do) along with the reading. I have a much better understanding of myself and what I want in a relationship now than I did when I began reading.
