Fundamentals of Management door Ricky W. Griffin
Very easy read, clear writing. Extremely basic, but it is a "fundamentals" book. The examples are fairly current and helpful.
The book Business Essentials has done a great job in writing out the information a person needs to know if they are wanting to start up a company, or if they are in a managment position in an existing company. The book has the information laid-out well, and though there is a lot to read they have done a good job in retaining the readers insterest with every chapter.
