A play about mathematics. A brilliant mathematician is meeting with others to hand on honors to a new generation. Other mathematicians are present to compete for the coveted award. A scruffy stranger shows up uninvited with a notebook full of theorems, a man who never went to college, and as a lone genius worked out the final stages of the brilliant mathematician's five hysterical girls theorem on his own. A lot of discussion of prime numbers, at least two or three love triangles, some young girls, and a teenage girl math genius who goes totally unrecognized add a bit of spice to prevent it from being merely a mathematics lecture. A bit of a twist ending saves it from total banality.… (meer)
