From class, didn't work for the Ethics class, but I think it has some worthwhile points to poinder. The author argues that we live in a dominator model, but Jesus preached to the partnership model, which is the model the American Indians tended to practice. He does have some very good points about Jesus's parables and how to interpret or view them. He also argues that early Christianity under Paul was intended to be a partnership model. But the US, in his classification, is a very dominator model and his ideas about how to move the people and country (or any people and country) to a partnership model are very light & I couldn't see where they could really work.… (meer)
