This is an anthology of articles on intellectual history in the US. As such it is aimed at the advanced student with a background in the subject. "On Legal Fundamentalism" by David Sehat is definitely relevant to recent discussions of court decisions, powers of the President and other applications of the Constitution. I did not complete the book, and lack the expertise to evaluate it.
