Very interesting read. Gives a good description of a man whose whole life was spent in the Australian outback. He was definitely a "people person", had a good sense of humor, was a talented writer, a very learned man and largely a self taught one, as his formal education was limited. He was a good friend of the aboriginal people of Australia.
