Ali Hazelwood

I really liked most of this book. There were some things that bugged me, but I'm trying not to let those things take away my enjoyment for the book as a whole.

I like how Elsie grew as a person over the course of the book. I like her friendships and I like how some of her other relationships became healthier as the book went on.

I like Elsie's chemistry and relationship development with Jack. The relationship seems unbalanced for a while, because one of them seems to have their stuff together and the other one doesn't, but that gets better as the book goes on. Both of their characters make mistakes and grow.

As far as the things that I don't like, a big one is the author's obsession with size, which is as clear in this book as it is in all of her others.

Also, I really don't like that Jack told Elsie, in detail, about him having sex with others. When they were making out. And I don't care that she was the one who asked about it. It's gross and unrealistic to me.… (meer)
