This is a fun and light-hearted look at the art of becoming and remaining a dictator (proving that even the most non-fun and non-light-hearted topics can become funny if treated with the correct amount of irony). I learned a bit more about some countries than I had known before and ended up doing a search on some individuals to learn more.
