This is a rudimentary guide body building. There are many that are more complete, more detailed, and more current. This is not the say the the information is inaccurate or not useful, but merely that there are so many better books than this one. And, looking the other way around, there is little, if anything, that this book offers than dozens of other do not cover even better.
