This workbook is an introduction to studying Kabbalah. It has exercises for making you think more about yourself and the world, quotes from Rabbi Lawrence Kushner and others, along with text written by Kerdeman, with main concepts by Kushner. It grew out of a course for teenagers. It has a four page history of Jewish mysticism and the back, followed by a one page list of more books to read.
