I own both the Paper Back and Hard Cover version of this book. It's interesting that the Hard Cover doesn't have page numbers, but the Paper Back does.
All the same, the Hard Cover has more charm because of the binding. The story, of course, is just as charming in one as in the other.

This is one of the first books I read, as a child. I can remember reading the words "lush green grass" (pg 1) and not knowing what the word "lush" meant. Every time I come across the word "lush", nowadays, I think back to this book.
Overall, this is a great story about the lovable little girl named Rainbow Brite. The pictures are vibrant and draw you right into the story. This is a very magical book, indeed. :)
