Before I actually begin my review of this book, I believe it’s best if we recall the promise and declaration the Lord himself said when he’d proclaimed that he is the healer of his children in EXODUS 15:26 [NKJV]:

“If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”

The first thing one should notice about this 31-day devotional book is its sheer size, as it doesn’t skim in bring each day’s devotional. While most devotionals for each day offer a haphazard collection of parable stories with appropriate scripture; while this book by T.M.Leszko also offers for each day a parable story with appropriate scripture but with one major difference, one day’s devotional revolves around our Lord, the Great Physician, Jesus and a healing miracle he had been involved with.

For each day author Leszko begins by offering an enticing tidbit for what is to follow, followed by scripture and discussion regarding the story of the healing which took place, followed by a brief prayer, and culminating an empowering declaration with scripture.

This book is an empowering, uplifting reading experience for all believers in the Lord. This book is an educational reading experience regarding the power of the Lord in transforming the lives of the suffering by healing their affliction for all those who read this book. It is for these reasons, as a somewhat voracious reader of Christian book, I’m glad to be able to give Mr. Leszko the 5 STARS he so richly deserves.… (meer)
