It has perforce a great deal of self publicizing for the Miraval's spa resort, and for the two chefs themselves. As well as reams of information about the suitable kitchen tools /implements.
But in between there are remarkably good , plain homestyle recipes which give good details on the techniques. There is an index towards the end of the book but I f does not link up to take you to the appropriate pages.
Some of the pictures are plenty wood surfaces and there are various formatting errors with this book on my kindle fire.… (meer)
