The Deep Six Security Series is back again, with just as much action and adventure as the previous 4 books. Not only is there action, but there are hysterics that will keep you laughing as you turn the pages quickly to get to the finale. This is a total one sit read.

This book is exactly what happens when the quiet accountant finally leaves the desk and tries to help the damsel in distress. Only that damsel is not asking for his help, and she is running from the mob and the FBI, but she doesn’t really know it.

The fun and banter, the sexual tension and the fighting is just what makes a Becky McGraw book so worth missing a whole day to read it. To say that I have my calendar marked for the next one with an alert as to when it comes out, is an understatement. I LOVE Deep Six Security!

OK ... so here goes. I had really high hopes for this one. I liked the plotline, the editing was great.... but the sex.

It started fine, then somehow went south. With no warning we suddenly have elements of bondage and control. WTF? Their play leaves her with welts on her arms. Not cool at all. And no notice is taken of this, and it is not commented on outside of that he wants to get better things to tie her up with.

And at that point, it started downhill. The heroine became an uber bitch. Not very cool in my book. I stopped being interested in what the outcome was.

So I finished it because I could. But the epilogue was more of the same. I would really give it maybe 1.5 stars, a main issue being lack of notice of bondage play as I would not have read it had I known it was there.… (meer)
