Thomas P. Moran

The idea to structure and document the design process, the exploration of the design space, is attractive for many reasons. A number of notations and methods were explored in the 1990s, although it turned out that they were often hard to use in practice. The collection by Moran and Carroll provides a useful overview of the main approaches in the field, how they are used and how they work in larger contexts.
