Very promising early chapters, with a challenge to re-integrate ministry within the community and mission to the community through 'Community Ministry'. Ann argues for a model of ministry which allows those who have not yet arrived at faith to contribute, and also insists that those who are involved in ministry are not passive recipients, but empowered to take a full role.

Loses momentum a little towards the end, but some excellent insights.
