Vijay Nair

This is an odd book. Written by an organisation consultant it tells the story of a guru of consultants who has a Svengali-like effect on those around him. The writing is often goo, but the characters don't seem to grow - there is no flesh on the bones. Not one I will be recommending to others.

A great book that exposes the reality in most Indian organizations. Some of the suggestions were not quite ideal or practical, but the way the author had summed up beautifully on the reality that everyone working in a corporate organization should consider (The reason for 5 stars). Was indeed a fun to read but it also exposes a lot of bitter truths. A must read for all
