- The author is enthusiastic about his life trajectory.

- He exhorts us to be enthusiastic about what excites us, to do things for the right reason instead of just to put a bullet point on a resume.

It is a real pleasure to be retired and never think about writing a resume or engaging in a job interview.

Inspirational. The best ideas may start off sounding stupid, but maybe, just maybe, you should run with that idea.
