I love these types of books filled with bite sized information on everything under the sun.

Being a niche reference book which I've rarely been able to find a use for. There's nothing wrong with it, but it's difficult to remember and its utility is not very predictable.

This little dictionary would never do as an adult's primary reference, but it's great for primary school children. A particular advantage for this age group is that the word pronunciation is provided orthographically rather than using the phonetic alphabet.
