Hayley Rae

In reading this book, as a Christian woman, I reflected on how the author of this book, Hayley Rae, wound up building her home by herself. In reading Scripture and given the type of person, I found the author to be, the description for Ms. Rae is found in PROVERBS 14:1 [NLT], where we read:

“A wise woman builds her home, but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands.”

The description for the author continues in PROVERBS 24:3-4 [NKJV]:

[3] Through wisdom a house is built, And by understanding it is established;
[4] And by knowledge the rooms are filled With all precious and pleasant riches.

Through the pages of this book, the author has shared her life experiences in building the home she had envisioned having. The home she wound up creating wasn’t the physical one you could touch with your hands; it was the home you find inside, fraught with one’s personal attributes, fortes, desires, and comforts. It is the type of home that’s not stationary but is quite mobile since it can be moved anywhere and be recreated.

In her sharing, the author provides her readers with the details necessary for them to create the same type of durable home and a more determined self.
