In my opinion about Foods of Mexico, I think that this book can teach you about anything you needed to know about the importance of following directions. It talks about how the Spanish Settlers the way of growing crops and learning how to cook. That's how modern Mexican cuisine still reflects the cooking practices of the past. Eating is a social activity in Mexico to share food with friends and family and linger long after the food is finished. I think that its important to learn how to cook new to because it tells you how its made, where its from, and whats inside of these delicious delectable meals.
