This book gave me a fair understanding of the acceptance of converts and the role that they have played in Judaism throughout history. It is a little dated in its perspective but will serve as a good starting point for further studying about conversion to Judaism in the past. The only qualm I have with the book is that it transliterated the pronunciation of HaShem's name.
