The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook for… door Alexander L. Chapman PhD RPsych
This was a great workbook! All of the concepts are laid out in a clean and concise manner so any layman would be able to follow along. The exercises are not too daunting but also not too simple. They make you think and put effort into it. I will definitely be keeping my copy of this workbook for future reference. I would also definitely recommend this workbook to anyone with any sort of severe anxiety issues (it covers all from social, OCD, PTSD, BPD, etc). Just a great book!
Had some really good information and I think is going to be helpful for me, but I was a little bothered by the style being far too simple at times.
