This is a nice book about taking care of yourself in as little or as much time as you can make in the morning. It's a little chatty for my taste; I generally want the info and the tips not the one-sided conversation. I did write down her weekly review points and some good bullet points. But I didn't need the discussion below the bullet points and headers, but I did like the information I received that was new and was helpful.
