In trying to be a good Christian woman, I discovered that my relationship with the Lord had been without any meaning until the relationship I had increased in its intimacy.

While simple prayer is a definite component in any relationship with the Lord, as is walking in our Christian faith, being a Christian woman, I've found that the more our prayers become fraught with fervor, the more our relationship with the Lord increases in the same proportion. By opening myself to the Lord with all of my heart, I found a greater sense of His being in my life. This is evident by how far I've grown in trying to be a good Christian woman after publishing my first two Christian fiction books in January 2020 and being inspired to become a Christian blogger about a month later, at the age of 69.

Sharing the words of the Lord daily and increasing the texture of my prayers has increased my intimacy with the Lord. Given the intimacy I now possess with the Lord, I found Ms. Shea's book, based on her experiences and research, to be the perfect guidebook for anyone desiring to increase their intimacy with the Lord.
