There is much discussion going on as to whether information literacy instruction is to be separate or integrated instruction. This book approaches this discussion with active learning approaches that can be documented and reported. It is a book full of examples of how to do it, how to engage students in the learning process, and how to report and evaluate what is happening. But it is already dated for many students who know that things like Second Life are becoming obsolete.
