Stormi Souter

Stormi Souter and Elisabeth Weichel became immersed in Raleigh's history as coworkers at the Raleigh City Museum. Souter has been passionately involved in educational history since the mid-1990s. Weichel has been carrying on a love affair with museums since childhood. Researching and writing this toon meer book has reinforced their love for the "City of Oaks."
