Dave Stamboulis

Yet another wonderful and inspiring bicycle touring memoir. Dave's writing style conveys his emotions perfectly. When he is riding fast and is feeling agitated or hurried, you feel it too. His stories from across the globe are amazing. Since it was a journey in the early/mid 90s, makes you really connect with him and his views on life and the world, coming from a modern California and going out into the open. This was another book that I never wanted to end. In fact, I read the last chapter so slowly so that it would take longer for his ride to be finished.

Another must-read for the traveler, traveler at heart, and bicyle lover everywhere.… (meer)
