Reunion continues the story of the last book, showing Nilda and Chester on their way to London and what Jay and Tuck have been doing since they were separated from Nilda. There are also a few flashback chapters featuring Chester right after the outbreak.

I really like Chester, Tuck, and Jay, but Nilda is still annoying. She is very dedicated to finding her son, but she treats everyone else as disposable, even the people who are risking their lives to help her.
Hopefully she improves in the next book.

This is the sixth book in the series, and I'm really impressed with how good the series still is. Chester (the criminal turned good guy), Tuck (the deaf and mute former-soldier), and Jay (Nilda's teenage son) are as likable as ever, plus there are some more characters that are given more depth and more of a story. Nilda has been pretty frustrating in the past two books, but I think she is improving, too.

I'm off to read the next book, then it will be the Here We Stand spinoff series, and then it will follow Bill's story again.

Books 1 - 3 of this series focus on Bill and his story. Books 4 - 7 focus on Nilda, Jay, Chester, and Tuck. This book is book 7, and it wrapped up their story well, while still leaving some things open for the future.

Probably my favorite part of this series is the characters. I truly want good things for them and I want to see how they survive. I also love the fresh take on the zombie apocalypse. It's still very recognizable as that genre, but the circumstances that the characters find themselves in and the ways that they handle everything keep it unique and interesting.

I'm excited to see what's been happening to the other characters that haven't been in the last few books, but the blurb for book 8 suggests reading the two books in the Here We Stand series (which covers events in North America right after the outbreak) before continuing with this series, so I'll read those first.

I liked the beginning of this book better than the end, but it's still a good addition to the series. It ends in a cliffhanger about the fate of a few characters and I'm excited to find out what happened to them.

In the same vein as book 11, "Britain's End" has chapters from quite a few characters' perspectives (Nilda, Chester, Bill, Sholto, and Kim).

This is book 15 of the main series and it's still going strong. I love the characters and I'm still interested in what's happening to them.

--------------------

Books 1-3 are Bill's journals from the first few months after the outbreak.

Books 4-7 are from Nilda and Chester's perspectives, mostly in London.

Books 8-10 are also Bill's journal entries, set on Anglesey and in Ireland.

Books 11-13 focus on a variety of characters (Bill, Chester, Eamonn, Bran, etc.) in England and Ireland. But books 12 and 13 are mostly from Kim's and Sholto's perspectives in Ireland.

Books 14-15 focus on the people in France and London. From Nilda's, Chester's, and Bill's perspectives.

"Zombies vs the Living Dead" is a novella from George's perspective. It's about his experiences with Mary at the beginning of the outbreak.

The "Here We Stand" duology is from Sholto's perspective. It's about his experiences in America at the beginning of the outbreak.

I like that this book finally shows what some of the characters have been up to. New places and new people, too. The world is being bigger.

Great zombie novel about a man who breaks his leg at the very beginning of the zombie apocalypse and finds himself alone, with his leg in a cast, after London is evacuated. He writes a journal about his experiences as he tries to survive and attempts to come to terms with the apocalypse.

This Kindle book, and the next two in the series, are free to buy on Amazon.

Family concludes the original trilogy, although the series continues from other characters perspectives. This is one of the best post-apocalyptic series that I have read and it was a lot of fun. I'm excited to continue the series and see what else is in store.

Unsafe Heaven goes back to the beginning of the zombie crisis with some new characters. The main character, Nilda, is great, even if she is sometimes annoying. Her son, Jay, is a believable teenager. Sebastian and Chester are very likable. This ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, so I'm on to the next book.

This one had a different feel than the first book, but I still really liked it. The big differences between the books were that this had more than one person in it and the conspiracy had more of a spotlight.

I like this book better now that I've read book 3 of the series.

I thought that I would love this, but it ended up just being okay. I really liked the main character though.

Another good entry in the Surviving the Evacuation series. Some changes are afoot and I'm excited to read the next book to see what happens. And I'm eager to know what's been happening to some of the characters that haven't been shown in a while.

The books 1-3 are Bill's journals from the first few months after the outbreak.

Books 4-7 are from Nilda and Chester's perspectives, mostly in London.

Books 8-10 are also Bill's journal entries, set on Anglesey and in Ireland.

Books 11 through 13 focus on a variety of characters, in a variety of locations. Bill, Chester, Eamonn, Bran, etc. But books 12 and 13 are mostly from Kim's and Sholto's perspectives.

This is part two of Here We Stand, which is a spin-off of the Surviving the Evacuation series. It shows what Sholto goes through in America during the first few months after the outbreak. I guess Here We Stand could be read before Surviving the Evacuation, but I think that it works better if you read it after.

It's a solid read, even if I like the original series more.

Here We Stand is a spin-off of the Surviving the Evacuation series. It shows Sholto's experiences in North America right after the outbreak. This should be read after books 1-3 of the original series and before book 8.

This is a fun book about a zombie outbreak and a guy trying to uncover a government conspiracy. I love the original series more, but I liked learning about Sholto's past and what he went through in America while Bill was in London.

This is book 11 of the series and it has more perspectives than any of the previous books in the series, which is really exciting. Some that we've seen before, like Bill and Chester, and some that we haven't, like Bran and Eamonn. Some scenes are from the the past (how Bran and Chester first met, etc), but most take place in September, October, and November after the outbreak.

I really like all of the perspectives shown in this book.

Books 1-3 tell the beginning of Bill's story.
Books 4-7 tell Nilda's and Chester's story.
Books 8-10 continue with Bill's and Kim's story on Anglesey and in Ireland.

Not a bad addition to the series, but it was a bit tedious in the beginning. The rest of it was good though. I'll continue reading the series because I want to know what happens to the characters.

I've missed this series. I read the previous book last August, so it's been a while. But I didn't have any trouble following the story.

Books 1-3 are Bill's journals.
Books 4-7 are from Nilda's and Chester's perspective.
Books 8-10 are more of Bill's writings.

Anglesey is book 8 of the series. Books 1-3 follow Bill and his group, books 4-7 follow Nilda and her group, Book 8 goes back to Bill's perspective.

A large part of this book was about trying to turn their group into a community with law and order. It wasn't as interesting to me as the previous books in the series, but I think it is setting up for future books. I'm looking forward to seeing where the series goes.

This is book 16 of the main series. It's told from the perspectives of Scott Higgins, Sholto, Chester, and Locke. Set in Europe and on the Faroe islands.

Of course I liked this. I've liked the whole series so far. But this book didn't progress the story much. Also, I shouldn't have waited 7 months after reading book 15 to read this, because I had some trouble remembering the newer characters, the ships, and the locations.

The author's website suggests starting the spin-off series Life Goes On after this book, and I'm very excited to read about other survivors from around the world.

Some of this book was awesome. Some of it was a bit slow. I'm excited to see where the story goes.

This was my 21st book in the series (if you count the spin-offs).

Loved this! Was surprised it was the same author as the Survivng the Evacuation - writing so much better. Great plot, dialogue and right amount of conspiracy.

Ok, the series is starting to get stale. There is way too much detail-boring detail. The book did pick up after awhile.
