This work features an essay by one of the most respected voices of the fiercely independent DIY music underground, Ian Mackaye. This was a gift. There are about 4 pages of text - so not much to read really (I guess any more writing was a challenge to the authors), the rest is a collecton of punk flyers, posters, set lists, photographs, some art and zine covers. Essentially a coffee table book & interesting to browse through & remember.
