Ben Vaughn is a writer, chef, and Food Network's host of Health Inspectors, on a quest for the next breakthrough in taste. He is a graduate of the Ft. Lauderdale Art institute. His restaurants include River Oaks restaurants as partner and chef, and two other critically acclaimed reastaurants Grace toon meer and Au Fond Foodtable. Currently Ben is the culinary director and executive chef for Brewed to Serve Restaurant Group and White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails. The combination of his years of practical kitchen experience filled with trials and triumphs and his zealous, adventurous spirit are a delicious revelation that even the most discriminating palate will enjoy.
