This book is a hilarious example of how most of us, if not all, who have well-intentioned things we’d love to do on a particular day wind up actually doing nothing. One of these things could be a simple desire to rid ourselves which has been plaguing our minds for several days; so we decide to do some meditation and self-discovery to accomplish this.

Ms. Warrick does a quite accurate job in describing how one little distraction in our minds can quickly create havoc as well as a domino effect of creating additional and repeating distractions which will prevent us from even beginning the goal we’ve set for ourselves.

The odds are when this starts to happen some external distraction will come along to take us away from what we’d planned to do as well as the distraction we kept on experiencing.

For some reason as I contemplated what I should write as my review, the thought of eating a veal cutlet parmigiana hero crossed my mind, a food I shouldn’t be eating with my desire to lose from weight. Luckily, even though this thought kept crossing my mind several times as I wrote this review, I eventually finished writing this 5 STAR review; and then gave in to my distraction, just like the character in the book gave up and went to get her breakfast taco.

In addition to writing this book, the author did a wonderful job with her illustrations.… (meer)
