Barbara M. Waxer

Barbara Waxer is a freelance technical writer and works extensively with Course Technology. For over 20 years, she worked in fundraising and development and provided software training, Internet research training, and database management for a host of nonprofit organizations, including the Elsie toon meer Publishing Institute, People Living Through Cancer, and the Health Sciences Ethics Program at the University of New Mexico.
