The illustrations appear to have been done by a child (or, at the least, a very unskilled artist). The rhymes skew towards farts and smelly feet -- there's even one in which a kid mistakes a baby's poop for a Hershey's kiss. Seriously. Although the edition I read was the "revised" edition, there are still typographical errors (backwards apostrophes and weird spacing). All in all, it appears to be a poorly executed self-published work. There are much better books of children's rhymes out there; no need to waste time and shelf-space on this one.… (meer)
