Edward Winkleman

Edward Winkleman is the director of the Winkleman Gallery in New York. He is cofounder of the Moving Image art fair and has participated in art fairs such as ARCO, Art Chicago, Independent, PULSE, The Armory Show, and NADA. He is the author OF How to Start and Run a Commercial Art Gallery (Allworth toon meer Press) and of EdwardWinkleman.com, a blog that focuses on art (in particular, demystifying the gallery system) and politics. He lives in New York City. M. Franklin Boyd, ESQ., coauthor of several chapters of Selling Contemporary Art, is a New York-based arts attorney with a general commercial practice. Boyd is also the founder of Xipsy, which has established the Negotiated Resale Right for artists and galleries.
