Griffin and Lorelei’s story is one of intense emotions and actions that takes us on a journey of finding hope in moments of despair. When Griffin is assigned to take Lorelei out by his boss he knows that there is something about her that just calls to him, but he doesn’t expect to feel so intense about her from one meeting. Lorelei doesn’t want part of her dad’s world but she is helping him so that maybe she can take some bad guys out then move on with her life and yet meeting Griffin changes everything. With secrets that come exposed and the danger lurking around every corner Griffin and Lorelei are on the run trying to escape while falling madly for each other. This was a quick read with a lot of steam and action, I did have a few lingering questions about things but they never really took away from me enjoying these two.… (meer)
