Better than you might think. I have disagreements with some of the information given, but like most of the "Idiot's " series it is clearly written.

This is a great basic guide to Wicca. Perfect for the beginner witch, there are some sections that will be helpful to most Pagan paths. Nevertheless, this book is mainly about Wicca, so other Pagans may prefer to find something a little more relevant to their own path.

As would be expected from 'The Complete Idiot's' series a comprehensive but superficial guide to the basics of modern wicca. A good basic beginner's guide.

Well Laid out and written in Simple language, it is perfect for the Absolute beginner or for the person thinking about this path in life. The book tries to show all forms of Wicca and Pagan paths, and towards the end of the book, it introduces spells, tarot and other forms of Divination
