- Our library consists of reference books, stories about Down syndrome (for adults), books about Down syndrome (for siblings or children), and general interest titles. The library is located at CADSA's office at 808 W. Lake Lansing Road, Suite 101, East Lansing, MI 48823. We are open Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am-3:30pm.
