Over mijn bibliotheek
I try to read books recommended by people I meet and find interesting. Authors and writing styles appeal to me more than genres. If it is well written then the subject matter is secondary.
Over mij

I've been an avid reader since high school almost 30 years ago. I was lucky enough to come across the right teacher at the right time and reading has been a passion ever since. I'm Canadian (Toronto) but currently live in South Carolina after having spent 6 years in Tokyo and 14 in the US North East. I love award winning books but really enjoy recommendations from friends and family more than anything else. It's a great way to understand people and to connect with them - what you read says a lot about your character.
