I worked extensively for non-profit organizations most of my life and was married for 30 years. After my husband died very quickly (and peacefully) of pancreatic cancer, I embarked on another stage of life, traveling the world teaching English as a second language. I have lived in eight countries and visited another dozen.

More than that, I’ve had the privilege of working with wonderful people from many parts of the world and wildly varying backgrounds.

Those experiences led to two of my books, one about religious tolerance, “The Cult Around the Corner,” and my anti-hate book, ‘Mean Green and Ugly.” Written (I hope!) with both humor and depth.

And somewhere along the way (while staying in a hotel In Riga, Latvia) came the idea for my woman President book, The Most Popular President Who Ever Lived, So Far”. I call it a satire with some heart – as some crazy things about today’s politics must change. Maybe a very smart woman could do it?

And recently, I’ve begun a tradition of silly holiday stories – so far, only for Christmas, posted on my website for your enjoyment.
