Over mijn bibliotheek
A friend recently told me that I write like a princess because I "twist the words like a person who was held in isolation and wanted to "paint/colour" the reality around." There is more truth in this than I would like to admit. The same is also true for my reading habits. I like books that I can escape in. My rating system has little to do with the literary mertis of a book and more to do with how well I can lose myself in a book and how willing I am to read it over and over again. I often feel guilty because I am not one of the intelligent people who reads to broaden their horizons, but I am what I am.
Over mij
I have been in love with books since before I knew how to read. Books have often been the most important things in my life. In the fourth grade I beat up a boy because he threw my book on the ground and stepped on it. I'm a lot less violent, now, haha. I'm just your typical bookwoorm, a shy, quiet wallflower who often goes un-noticed. And I like it that way.
