I have chosen books I have read within the last year and ones that are my favorites that I have read over the years.

I am an avid reader and library school student. I love books!! I love to look at books, flip through books, and read books. I particularly love to buy books (much to my husband's dismay) which would explain why every room in the house has at least 1 bookshelf. Sadly, some of them end up as decoration since I just can't seem to find the time to read all the books I have.

I am thankful my love of cooking coincides with my love of books - I currently have approximately 75 cookbooks on my shelf and I have been known to read them for pleasure. I sometimes judge a book by it's cover and I constantly struggle between books I "should" read and books I want to read. I vow to make this the year I find a balance!
