You'll find lots and lots of mysteries here. If I discover an author and become "hooked", I tend to read everything he/she has written. I also enjoy chick lit - life is short and I like to spend it laughing. I discovered romance novels in my teens and I have yet to give them up: historical, paranormal, mystery/romance, erotica; you name it and I'll read it or have read it. Except for the tame ones...I want fire, passion and humor, please! I also have a fondness for humorous novels along the lines of Carl Hiassen - love them! I have a pretty eclectic mix of fiction, I think and I love each and every one of them. Always to be at the top of my list will be ANY Agatha Christie novel (she is solely responsible for the start of my lifelong addiction) and To Kill a Mockingbird: in my opinion, the best novel written in the 20th century.

I discovered reading at a very early age and I haven't stopped since! I love fiction - with mysteries at the top of the pile - but occasionally I take a stroll through non-fiction, mostly biographies and autobiographies. I read quickly and earnestly, my nose is short and stubby from spending most of it's life buried in a book of some sort. I re-read most of the books I own, often several times. I own many, many books - they are like my children, precious and dear to me.
