Over mijn bibliotheek: These are not necessarily books I own--nor are they all the books I own. These are books, strange as it may seem, that I want to think about in this format. I'm not sure what I'm trying to figure out, but I'm finding librarything to be strangely addictive.

I've added the tag "summer 2006" for books I've read this season, along with ratings and a few comments for those entries, primarily as an experiment. (Alan Cheuse, if you're reading this, don't get on my case about my sad reviews. I'm a busy woman this summer!) I have lost the ability to bestow half-stars, so I'm reduced to making the enormous distinction between 3 and 4 stars, a difficult one for me to make. It sometimes takes me a while to realize how I feel about a book. However, I've gone through and put the 5-star rating on my most favorite books.
