Above is an SOE article on the NFL's travails in London...was just wondering if our Diana decided to go and see a game as once mentioned or stay and sell the tickets? I wonder if for a Jags game, even if they are playing the 49ers, whether E-bay/paypal is still its usual sellers market. If not, then there's always StubHub if one really wants to pay out the nose (but not for those;)! Any thoughts?

1> Ha! I decided not to go, because I've pushed back my traveling to December. Unfortunately, Ticketmaster UK mailed the tickets to me too late for me to list them on StubHub and try to sell them.

I expect I wouldn't have had much success anyway, as there are still almost 500 tickets for the game left on StubHub's UK site. That's what I get for going against my normal grain and booking a ticket to an event in advance.

On the NFL in the UK: I still would like to take in a game there. Maybe next season's match ups will be more interesting. I'm not sold on having a franchise in London. The logistics are doable, but I just don't think it's necessary. However, Goodell's heart is set on it, and so is Khan's. It's a matter of when, not if.

1> Forgot to add, I think the fact that the Jaguars are terrible has contributed to the lack of enthusiasm for this game. Britons aren't stupid, so we should stop pretending they are if we really want a successful franchise in London. Of course, the Jags are the franchise Goodell wants to move to London, so ... derp, derp, derp (as they say on Deadspin.)

Ah wooo! Its Werewolves of London (Halloween...not calling;) time! Wow, the Jags in Brittania? That will take some getting used to...the air travel logistics alone would be mind-boggling, if only for the number of teams involved...why not just startup a European Division? One other thing: theyd have to play strictly at night over there as no TV on over here that early if its a UK day game!
