Historical Romance - Girl wants to start her own hat shop/falls in love with a duke

It's been killing my brain trying to come up with the name of this book. I read it online awhile ago. The only thing I remember is this girl makes hats and she's not high born, and she meets this duke after buying a shop for all of her hats..blah blah blah...they fall in love but he can't marry her because he's a duke/marquess/I don't remember. I already tried Lisa Kleypas, Stephanie Laurens, Eloisa James, and Julia Quinn, and couldn't find it. I could have missed something though.

Please please PLEASE! Help me, I'm dying trying to figure out the name of this book.

One possibility: My Lord Destiny. Summaries say heroine is a milliner.

Are you sure it's hats? Loretta Chase wrote Silk is for Seduction about a dressmaker and a duke.

It's not "My Lord Destiny" but thank you! Iv'e read Silk is for Seduction by Loretta Chase and it's not that one either. There's one moment where the girl and the Duke become intimate for the last time in the girl's apartment above the shop. And she may not necessarily make the hats, but I know she designs them. Gah! I'm sorry I wish I had more information, but thats all that I remember.
