Finally had the time to be more productive on this article that I wanted to write about since 2014 when I finished reading Castle Hill Press' two volume paperback edition.
I'm not entirely finished, so this is still a draft but it will give you an idea on where I am headed with this, and of course suggestions, recommendations, and any information you can add is more than welcome. And does anyone remember the prices both listed and subscription?
